Wildlife
Roof rats climb and nest in attics; Norway rats stay low in crawlspaces and burrows. Look for droppings, gnaw marks, and scratching in the walls at dusk. Trapping alone won't fix it. Sealing entry points is what keeps them out, and it's the core of our 3-week rat trapping program.
Rat RemovalA raccoon in the attic means torn insulation, heavy scratching or thumping overhead, and often a foul-smelling latrine. Raccoons can carry disease and cause real structural damage. We remove them humanely and repair the entry points so they can't get back in.
